1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Savore website, online store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Go Commerce Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Savore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Online Store and Products

Savore offers food vacuum storage bags and related products. Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, packaging, colors, and other information are provided for general informational purposes. Minor variations may occur.

We may modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time, subject to applicable law. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Savore is not the manufacturer of every product offered and may source products from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Country-of-origin information will be provided where required by applicable law.

3. Orders

To place an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission.

An order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the transaction and applicable law.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through our Shopify store. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers or card security codes on our own systems. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order, as permitted by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is performed by third-party carriers and fulfillment providers. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

We will have a reasonable basis for any shipping-time representation we make. If no shipping time is stated, we will handle orders in accordance with applicable federal requirements. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we may provide a delay notice and, where required, obtain your consent to the delay or provide a prompt refund.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, or failed delivery may be charged where permitted by law.

Risk of loss and title are governed by applicable law and the shipping terms presented at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with website security or operation, scrape or harvest data unlawfully, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect Savore, our customers, service providers, or the integrity of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, branding, text, graphics, product presentation, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Go Commerce Group LLC and are protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected materials without prior written permission.

8. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful and does not violate law or third-party rights. We will not use contractual terms to prohibit or penalize honest consumer reviews protected by applicable law.

By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

9. Product Use; Disclaimer

Use Savore products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with product instructions. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended food-storage application.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any express product warranty we specifically provide or any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GO COMMERCE GROUP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social networks. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their terms and privacy policies apply to their activities.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer law applies.

Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida. You and Savore consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and Savore regarding the Services.
