1. Voluntary Return Window

Unless a product page states otherwise, Savore accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must be unused, unopened where hygiene or food-contact considerations apply, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

Email gocommercegroupllc@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. If the product is defective, materially incorrect, or was shipped in error, Savore will provide the remedy and return-shipping treatment required by applicable law and our stated policy.

4. Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used food-contact products may be ineligible for voluntary return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product is defective, nonconforming, or applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Rights arising from shipping delays are governed by applicable federal law.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

Please contact us at gocommercegroupllc@gmail.com after discovering a defect, material nonconformity, or incorrect item. We may request reasonable proof such as photographs and order information. We will review the reported issue and respond within up to 7 days. Any replacement, refund, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and this Policy.
